The color is vibrant and bright. On the nose, it recalls marked notes of freshness, various spices and vanilla with hints of almost toasted dried fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant, with a long and decisive finish. The long period of maturation on the lees gives balance and persistence.

Grapes
Chardonnay (100%), from morainic origin vineyards located in the municipalities of Erbusco, Adro and Cazzago.
Harvest period
Vintage 2018: after a mild and little rainy january, in february the rainfall rebalanced the soil’s water reserves, put to the test by the previous year’s drought. March was characterized by a frosty air but in april temperatures were above average and favored a vegetative recovery, with an increase also in the average weight of the bunches.
Yield
80/90 quintals of grapes per hectare.
Wine-making
The grape harvest starting from mid-august, and in the early morning hours. The first selection of the grapes takes place in the field, where are picking only the best bunches in boxes of a maximum of 18 kg, to prevent the weight of the grapes from breaking the berries. The second selection of the grapes takes place in the cellar, followed by a soft pneumatic pressing.
Maturation
It ages for at least 42 months on the lees inside air-conditioned rooms. During this period are manually repeated some bâtonnage which will characterize the gustatory and olfactory profile of Franciacorta.

In the mouth it is well balanced and structured with good flavor intensity and freshness. Fermentation at a controlled temperature allows for the best expression of aromas and perfumes.

Soft pink color with brighter reflections. Its aromas are reminiscent of wild berries, then opening up to vanilla and spicy notes. Minerality and creaminess alternate on the palate, enveloping it with a pleasant sensation of freshness. The continuous batonage during aging give it complexity.
