Produced with a careful cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it has a fresh and well-balanced flavor.

Soft pink color with brighter reflections. Its aromas are reminiscent of wild berries, then opening up to vanilla and spicy notes. Minerality and creaminess alternate on the palate, enveloping it with a pleasant sensation of freshness. The continuous batonage during aging give it complexity.

Grapes
Pinot noir and Chardonnay from morainic origin vineyards located in the municipalities of Erbusco, Adro and Cazzago.
Harvest period
From mid-august to the first week of september.
Yield
80/90 quintals of grapes per hectare.
Wine-making
Vintage 2020: the budding in april has been favoured by a sunny and dry climate, which has also accompanied the first phases of vegetative growth of the plant. This allowed a regular and homogeneous growth. The low rainfall disadvantaged pathogenic attacks. The storm events in june and the subsequent lowering of temperatures avoided stress on the plant's life. The month of july was dry and windy, an ideal climate and with an excellent temperature range between day and night.
Maturation
It ages on the lees inside air-conditioned rooms. During this period are manually repeated some bâtonnage which will characterize the gustatory and olfactory profile of Franciacorta.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it is fresh, decisive and spicy, rich in the fragrance of yeasts. In the mouth it is well balanced and structured with good flavor intensity and freshness. Fermentation at a controlled temperature allows for the best expression of aromas and perfumes.
