Centinari Franciacorta Brut is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from Moraic origin vineyards and a double selection must. The harvest period of the grapes for Centinari’s Franciacorta Brut Sparkling Wine goes from the second half of August to the first week of September.
The colour of the wine is straw yellow with golden reflections. The aroma is fresh, strong and spicy, rich in yeast fragrance. The mouthfeel is well balanced and structured with a good sapidity and freshness. The controlled temperature fermentation allows it to better express aromas and scents.
The Centinari Franciacorta Brut pairs perfectly with raw food, prawn tartare, shrimp, tuna, white truffle and spaghetti with sea urchin.
