We currently ship exclusively to Italy. We do not ship abroad.

Deliveries are usually made within 1-2 working days of final order confirmation. Times may vary depending on the destination and any holidays. For more information, see the Shipping and returns section.

We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit cards/debit (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
• PayPal

Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive a further communication from the express courier with the order tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment by accessing the express courier website using the “track shipment” function.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email at info@togni.it or by telephone on 0731 8191. We will replace the damaged products or refund you the amount spent.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is intact and unopened. To initiate a return procedure, contact our customer service and we will guide you through the process.

No, currently it is not possible to request gift wrapping or add a personalized message at the time of purchase. Despite this, the site includes a dedicated “special Gift” section active in certain periods of the year, through which it is possible to purchase pre-packaged gift packages.
